Busy days!

It's been some busy days lately for us, with couple of things happening at the same time. Well, getting busy is good, which means we didn't have any time wasted.

We've recently been having some shooting with CNNGO TV, of a video about Hong Kong, while the whole series would include quite a number of cities, namely Tokyo and Shanghai, and more. This series of episodes are gonna look at different cities with the perspectives of different local people, maybe artists, or musicians etc, so it'd be a bit different from those travel programmes which mainly features the "already-known" side of the cities. We're glad that we're lucky enough to have been featured in the Hong Kong episode, to tell people about our homeland thru our words and perspectives. We don't know when it'll be launched, but as soon as we know the date we'll have the link posted here for sure. By the way, the CNNGO TV crews are gonna drop by at the Street Music Concert 15 this Friday to have some more footage shot.

Besides the shooting, we've been busying with the preparation of our upcoming China Tour, which is gonna happen just a month later. Time is tight and there are a lot of things we haven't done, such as booking tickets, designing stickers, posters, lots of promotions etc. Moreover, coming up with a 45+ mins full set list isn't an easy task, we've trying our best to come up with our best set. And on this coming Friday, we're gonna have a try of our new full-length set list at the Street Music Concert 15 outside Hong Kong Arts Centre. It's gonna happen at 18:30 and it's FREE. We'll be playing in Street Music Concert 15 hosted by Kung Chi-shing on 9th July 2010, for a little bit of warm up before we go on tour in August. It's gonna happen outside the Hong Kong Arts Centre at Wanchai, starting at 18:30. Free Entry.

Tai Mo Shan Adventure

Song writing didn't go too well tonight, as we were a bit tired, and not in good condition for music writing. We then decided to take a night off, and went out for a little refreshment. We brought along our acoustic guitars, and drove all the way to Tai Mo Shan at midnight. Up there the whole place was covered by fog, feeling a bit mysterious yet scary.


As an adventurous and curious team, we headed our way into the country park which covered in dark. With the fog and the street light, we're like being surrounded by flows of light and flare. Dreamy yet mysterious, reminded us of the Tim Burton's style. We then all posed and had fun with the camera, playing with the natural lighting, the fog and the flare. Kit think it looks a bit like Sunshine by Danny Boyle, while I think it's kinda Armageddon, or being on the surface of Mars. By the way, this picture is pretty awesome, isn't it?

Le French May - Highlights

An awesome "Le French May" night

We're having a great time at Le French May at Queen Elizabeth Stadium tonight. Tho our performance wasn’t perfect, the flow of the performance is kind of tight, and we’ve got a very lovely crowd. What an awesome crowd.

Pretty happy with the Le French May arrangement for performing acts. Food, drinks, and a proper resting room at back stage have indeed helped a lot with our performance. With good preparations before the performance, We're all feeling pretty comfy on stage, tho some little technical problems appeared. It’s still quite cool in general.

One of the funniest things of the night was, we all had to rush down to the “autograph counter” to autograph right after our set. And before the rest of the guys got there, Kento was the only one sitting there, being surrounded by a pretty huge crowd with cameras, looking quite helpless.

Actually it's been a great time meeting the audience and getting to know how they feel about our stuff. Autographing is just a bonus to us (as we've never expected there'd be anyone who'd want to have our autographs). Having a chance to meet our audience is what really matters.

It's been a great time working with Le French May and Love Da Records. They've done a very good job on running the whole showdown, and have made everything go so smoothly. We really appreciate it.
